Payments are processed by CopeCart, our authorised reseller. You receive an invoice from CopeCart and the deliverables from us.
We work in English and French. Sites in other languages can be audited technically.
The amount you pay identifies the service or package. After payment, reply to the confirmation email with your website address and any details. If you paid an amount that does not match a listed service, we will contact you to adjust.
Single services are delivered within 2 to 7 days. Packages are delivered within 7 days of receiving your brief. Content writing in the Premium and Enterprise packages is scheduled with you.
No serious agency can guarantee positions on Google. We guarantee the deliverables described for each service and report honestly on what we changed and why.
CopeCart GmbH sells our services as an authorised reseller. Your invoice and any VAT applicable in your country come from CopeCart. Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
